WHAT IS WUNDERALLEE?
For days when you’re fresh out of ideas.
Wunderallee is for families who don’t want to figure out what to do with their children every afternoon. Here you’ll find simple play ideas, creative projects, printables and ideas for getting outside.
Sometimes, all it takes is a printout and a few minutes of preparation. Sometimes, it turns into a whole afternoon.
PLAY · CREATE · EXPLORE · CELEBRATE
WHEN SIMPLE THINGS BECOME SOMETHING MORE.
A cardboard box becomes a castle.
A few leaves become a treasure.
A rainy day becomes an adventure.
And sometimes, a few crayons and a sheet of paper are all it takes to keep everyone busy for the afternoon.
That’s where Wunderallee begins: with simple things you already have and ideas that turn them into something more.
TIME TO MAKE, LEARN AND SHARE.
Sometimes it starts with something very simple: a sheet of paper, a few crayons and an idea. And suddenly, the whole afternoon is sorted.
A Few Minutes or a Whole Afternoon
A little idea can take five minutes – or the whole afternoon. On their own, with mum and dad, with siblings or friends: sometimes one round is enough. Sometimes another one follows right away.
Making Leads to More
A little crafting. A question. Another question. And suddenly, a simple activity turns into a conversation, a new idea, or something you just have to try.
Try It Yourself. Then Tell Someone About It.
Children do things in their own way. One idea quickly leads to another – and suddenly there’s something new to discover, try out or tell someone about.
THE WUNDERALLEE SHOP
When “What is that?” becomes “Tell me more!”
More facts. More questions. More to colour, play, puzzle and explore. Printables and activities for curious minds — turning a question into something to try.
“It is a happy talent to know how to play.”
— Ralph Waldo Emerson
